Your ultimate guide to a classy, frugal Halloween

Hey guys!

Yes, I'm still working on that novel project thing, but Halloween is coming up and since it's MY FAVOURITE HOLIDAY EVER, I thought I'd compile my past posts on the topic (which are filled with BRILLIANT costume ideas, FYI)

The costume ideas are all frugal, obviously:

How frugal should you be for Halloween?
"There are two ways to approach Halloween: buying a costume, or inventing a costume from stuff that you have. Buying a costume is easier, while inventing a costume is more fun."

Best Halloween costumes for blondes, redheads, and brunettes
"One great way to save money for Halloween (besides from getting costume bits from your wardrobe, and using makeup you already own) is dressing for your hair colour. Wigs cost money, and it's silly that redheads buy black wigs to be Uma Thurman from Pulp Fiction, while people with dark hair buy wigs to be Marilyn Monroe and blondes buy red wigs to be Ariel from The Little Mermaid."

Un-sexy Halloween costumes ideas
"Sexy (fill in the blank) costumes are now so de rigeur, that the best way to really stand out on Halloween is by dressing as unsexy as possible."

15+ costumes you can make with items you already own!

"Halloween doesn't have to break the bank! There are heaps of costumes you can make from things you have already in your wardrobe without having to buy anything. Or, if you don't have any of these things, you can buy them because they're good investments."

Have you figured out your costume for this year? I've got a few ideas so far, but am open to suggestions!!
