Is Monday a holiday where you live? Here in Saskatchewan, it's Family Day (or as I like to call it, Bonus Sleep In Monday!). It's very nice to have an extra long weekend in February, just when winter feels like it's never going to end. So, if you don't have Family Day where you live, I suggest writing a letter to... I don't know who decides these things... like, your mayor? Or something?
